Purchasing Terms | Return/ Refund Policy
ECOBOND® LBP LLC will accept the return or replacement of product handled and stored within required conditions as stated in the Manufacturer Warranty. Product must be returned in an unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in its original manufacturer’s packaging. Returned product must be received or notification of return provided within 30 days from date of purchase to be eligible for any refund (after 30 days, all sales are final). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of original price. Purchaser shall be responsible for cost associated with all product return shipments to ECOBOND® LBP LLC. Refund amount is for purchase price only, less 25%. The original customer purchase receipt may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Order(s) may be canceled, without penalty, within 24 hours from receipt of order and prior to shipment.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
Shipping Point is established as FOB ECOBOND® LBP LLC distribution facility. Standard shipping and handling rates apply for shipments within the continental United States.
